To celebrate, the next couple of months I'll be talking about Trader Joe's products every Monday, in my new post, "Cool Stuff At Trader Joe's."
I picked this up the last time I was there to use as a salad topper. I love that there is jicama (tastes like a sweet carrot) and radish (so good for you!) in the mix. So simple to just throw on a bed of greens to jazz up a salad. Delicious!
