What I Ate Wednesday

Welcome back to a modified What I Ate Wednesday. I apologize for having a smaller than usual post today! Busy girl :)

Breakfast was a big ol' bowl of the usual: Shredded Wheat and oats mixed with some flax seed (ground) and snappy red grapes. So good!

And my afternoon post-lunch snack? The usual! Spinach and kale smoothie with frozen banana, ice and almond milk. Yes, the kale and spinach sound scary; no, you can't taste them!
