Veganmama on the road: Copley Square Market

Who doesn't love a great farmer's market in the summertime? My favorite is the one at Copley Square in Boston. It's a quick train ride up to the city and always has the most beautiful produce and breads.

The market runs until 11/20/12, Tuesdays and Fridays, 11-6. If you're taking the train, just get off at Back Bay and walk a block over to Copley. So easy!

Here are some pictures from our visit to the market this week.

Siena Farms was there :)

I obviously have a thing for mushrooms!

A beautiful assortment of squash. The Lebanese stuff the light green ones, called Kousa Mahshi.

Pink mushrooms? Can you believe how beautiful this color is? It looks like French lingerie!

Mother nature sure knows what she's doing. Check out the eggplants!

This happy market goer found Kombucha at the Shaw's near the Pru :)

My lunch was a 3 bean salad, pita chips, Kombucha and a huge apple. Thanks Boston!
